My husband really like the restaurant, was the Pad Thai for him and I ate a very tasty dish as well. The room was looking at the pool/beach and was clean and comfortable. We stay a night and half of a day before going to Ko Tao and is greta because is just walking distance from the Pier. ADVISE take... More

Single, male traveler, just looking for a place to relax. Excellent staff and service. Clean rooms, grounds, family atmosphere. This was my second week-long visit to Samui Pier Resort, in a years time it became even more comfortable. I highly recommend Samui Pier Resort for anyone looking for a hassle free stay.

A very bad experience. Shower room had yellow water coming from tap. Made a smell of rotten eggs. Toilet and area smelt of sewage after flushing. Bed,which not the most comfy had staining on sheet..doesn't bear thinking what it was.. Worse of all a guest had used the bed to rest his Nose Droppings..yuk...which had not been cleaned by staff.... Worst hotel ever with rude unhelpful staff. Yellow foul smelling water, cockroaches and dirty sheets on bed, noisey air con. Staff very rude, manager/owner often heard shouting at staff and guests. On speaking to other guests we were told that the staff seemed to be scared of the owner who was either laughing or shouting at them resulting in a... More

Stayed here for 11 nights and thoroughly recommend it if you fancy somewhere clean, comfortable and away from the hustle of the bigger towns. Food was simple but well prepared and the rooms were very clean and just right. We had 5 rooms a stone's throw away from the sea. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very nice staff and clean room. Would stay again if I return to Samui. The rooms have a beautiful view of Big Buddha Beach and u can see Koh Phangan from the room. Also if u go to Koh Phangan it is very conveniently located between 2 piers.

It's surprisingly quiet and peaceful at this attractive, small hotel, located between 2 piers on the Big Buddha Beach at Ban Rak, Bophut Bay. It's therefore ideal for catching the ferry to the tourist hub of Haadrin on Koh Phangan (famous for their Full Moon Parties) as well as being only a few minutes from Koh Samui airport. Rooms, all... Rooms big and very clean. In the front of the beach. Good pool. Have a restaurant inside with good food. Close to airport, only 10 minutes. In the street, has markets, drugstores, etc... But, in the price, don't included breakfast.

We actually stayed just down the beach at another resort but came here two nights to eat dinner because we really liked the place. Our review is more for the food, but the entire grounds seemed very nice. We were unable to give a rating just for the restaurant. So if you like the other reviewer's ratings on the accommodation,... We booked this hotel last minute once we decided to head to the islands from Chiang Mai. We got in very late, past check in time, but when we called the Hotel to let them know of our flight's delays they were so nice and said that would leave the key with the security guard. When we arrived we were... More
