Just spent 2 nights at Kosit Hill having stayed there several times up to about 5 years ago.I moved to a resort further out of town during those 5years because the "club-karaoke" all-night racket spoiled decent nights sleep;anyway thought we would try it again and the first night with earplugs was tolerable but second night 4 Harley-Davidsons parked in front... Stayed there the 2nd time already. Booked and prepaid online the whole stay of 7 nights. The hotel offers Room service, but you can't bill your room and pay one time at the end, because everything is prepaid already! The reason doesn't make sense, same as many other things ... The door to the room was hard to open and... More

Had a 4 night stay while visiting friends. Good size room and very clean. Breakfast was geared more towards Thais rather than Europeans but enough choice to satisfy. They make a good scrambled eggs upon request. Had a family dinner there one night which was very good with a great choice of Thai and Farang dishes to suit all tastes.... More

This is our second visit to this hotel. It's a grand old building with interesting character to the public areas. Staff are very welcoming and the food was good value and nice quality. We paid 1300 baht for a double room that was clean if a little basic. Would recommend for one or two nights if visiting this beautiful area... More

This is a very interesting old colonial style near the centre of Petchabun. Its probably over 20 years old and is showing its age a bit,but still well maintained. Its a very well made hotel. You only have to look at the quality of the wood used on the dining room windows, for instance......also our bed was made from high quality wood... More

The hotel is an odd one with a lot of oddity display. A collection of both junk and collectibles. The rooms are spares and the bed sheets are stained. A spartan aircon system that made a lot of noise. Overall the room was dirty. Toilet was really in need of a good scrub. The view from the hallway which a... More

Ideal base for your stay in Phetchabun. The room rates offered good value for money, our room was spacious and clean, simply furnished and everything worked. No Wi-Fi or tea/coffee making facilities and the bathroom basin only offered cold water, however,no problems with hot water for the bath/shower.Buffet breakfast each morning, offering a reasonable choice of Western/Thai food.Staff were very friendly, albeit not much spoken English, and helpful.They... Stayed here on a one week sojourn through Petchabun province in late December 2013. Hotel is located quite near the centre of town (10 minutes or so walk) on a large area of land - although most of it is paved over. It is quite old (I recall staying here 20 years ago and it has not changed all that... More

The rooms are dated but other than that a good place to stay in phetchabun as near the center of town. Homeland hotel is better than here if you have transport. Nice pool but again Homeland is better! Average hotel, probably overpriced considering she of rooms and furniture.
