My Daughter & I have just returned from gran canaria . We enjoyed the peaceful,relaxing,clean hotel. Staff were few and far between, unfriendly and sometimes just plain ignorant. The food was very mediocre to say the least - even boiled carrots presented for breakfast! The bar closed at 11pm for all-inclusive guests. Not 4* standard in our estimation. more

POSITIVE POINTS ... Hotel clean, rooms clean, pool area clean. NEGATIVE POINTS... Entertainment what entertainment, more like occasional. Only one barman even when really busy.
