Really beautiful hotel with excellent food. The beach is beautiful and great for snorkeling..especially along the cliffs and among the sea grass. In the evening you will see tons of fish if you snorkel over the sea grasses...probably more then any place in Crete. The sea is also great for swimming as it is very calm. I liked the fact... More

We stayed at the Bali Paradise for 5 nights. The hotel was so good. The gardens were very pretty with flowers. The room was kept very clean and it was very spacy. The food was also nice. The staff was so helpful.

I was moved to this hotel the night before I was due to fly and I'm not going to lie after reading some reviews I was very sceptical being English! I am 21 years old and needed a break so I went to Greece on my own and being moved hotels was especially scary. However from day one the staff... More

We stayed at the Bali Paradise for 11 nights in September. We found the hotel was very nice. Our room was quite big with 3 single beds (two pushed together to make a large double). The room was kept very clean and we did not have to pay for air conditioning, wifi or safe. The gardens were very pretty with... More

I booked this hotel on the morning of our departure due a huge error by other travel company and I emailed the hotel to make sure our booking was confirmed. They got back to me immediately, which was so reassuring!! I travelled with my partner and my elderly parents so the hotel needed to meet their needs. The staff were... More

We stayed at the Hotel for 6 days with our toddler girl, and really enjoyed the clean facilities and the general atmosphere. The hotel has a nice private beach section that is really organized with parasols, sun beds, towels and free beach toys for toddlers. note that the beach is not sandy but very close it (black sand) and located... Upside: Great value for your money - the price per night is very low for what you are getting in return. The beach is great and free. Very good sport facilities in the hotel. The food was ok. Free WiFi with great reception (we were staying near the lobby) and Free parking. Very clean Downside: They ask 25 Euro per... More

As an English couple in our 70s, we spent a week recently (September 2013) at the Hotel Paradise. As we live in France, the language was not a problem. However, a previous reviewer said that no-one spoke English. In fact English is the second language for most Greeks, and all the hotel staff we spoke to – including a gardener... More

The staff at the check-in was very unfriendly and didn't speak English at all. We were promissed a comfortable family room but the room was pretty small for a family of 4 people. The shower box was with no door so the water ran out on the floor. It was very uncomfortable to do shower to my 15 month old... More

The people just enjoy to serve the tourists! The pool is very clean, and the rooms also! The place to eat is like a traditional restaurant. the food is great. There's a lot to tell but it's pointless.. with little words they love what the do.. So when you love what you do the result is exceptional for everyone. Well... More
