We went for the all-inclusive package in with a suite (2 joined rooms which gives you a bedroom and a lounge, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms and big balcony). We didn't leave the hotel grounds all week, so can't speak for the Island, but we had a really relaxing time all spent lounging by the pool (just what we were after).... More

My partner and I took a two week holiday here, having booked through First Choice. The hotel is very remote, being located within a large banana plantation right next to the ocean. If you are looking for a complete "switch off and relax" holiday, this is an ideal location. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained with nice bedrooms... More

The hotel itself is very well kept and clean. The pool area with 11 pools was really nice and spacious. It was not hard to find a sunbed at all and there was plenty of room for everyone. I went with my sister and for us the downside was that it had only 1 restaurant which was buffet and everything,... More

Hotel was lovely and would definatley reccomend it to others. The road from the airport was a bit scary but was ok we made it!! Haha. Only thing for us was the way the hotel was so secluded, on the other hand it was completley relaxing. The rooms were really nice but the beds were a little hard. The bar... More

I checked trip advisor constantly before leaving the UK but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived – hence the review. Arrived at the hotel at about 9pm on the Friday, after a lovely journey on the coach, (nobody got sick, as others have suggested!!) nice views. 95% of the plane was headed to the La Palma Princess so as others... We are currently on a two week holiday and were tonight told that any family with children could no longer dine on the terrace area which is featured in all the promotional pictures. We were made to feel like second class citizens because we had children in what Thomsons promote as a family hotel. The hotel manager is apparantly unavailable... More

there are a lot of flies round the whole resort including all eating area's. Twice there was a dead fly in the milk jug at the outside La chosa restaurant where breakfast can be taken if you desire. You sit and eat your breakfast over-looking the sea. I also witnessed a dead fly in the butter in the main restaurant.... More

What a great holiday to a super hotel. Yes, it isn't 5 star, nor city hotel luxurious, but for the price it's excellent. I was a little nervous about the journey to the hotel from some of the reviews but unless you suffer badly from travel sickness or vertigo, it's just a windy journey with fabulous views and in no... What is it with brits and there preoccupation with hotels stars, ref:- review stating hotel is 4 not 5 star. the hotel is remote but a bit of research will reveal this. Second time around things have improved with self service of beer, coffee etc. Pools cold!!! no just refreshing. Food was fine with buffet style that was plentiful and... More

First of all this hotel is 4 star and not 5 as marketed so I have kept this in mind when compiling this review of the hotel. It is also 2 hotels which is run as one larger property and some of the dining rooms and reception areas are closed down. It would have benefited by more signage around the... More
