We stayed at Les Orchidees in July for WW1 research and it proved an excellent base for the Somme battlefields with Villers-Bretonneaux, Albert, Pozieres, Bullecourt and Peronne all within easy reach by car. Glisy shopping centre is nearby and there is on site parking. Alain and Patricia speak perfect English and nothing is a problem to them, even helping out... More

It was a joy to talk with you about the battlefields and the other highlights of our region. Besides learning a lot about tyres :) Friendly kisses, Alain and Patricia. More

Les Orchidees was our first of many B &B stays during our 7 week tour of France. We were delighted with the warm welcome that we received from Patricia and her knowledge of the local attractions. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was substantial with cereal, fruit and home made breads. We were delighted with the separate full... More

This is our second visit to Les Orchidees within 3 years and Patricia and Alain have made some amazing additions to Les Orchidees which made our 5 night stay perfect. The day starts with a beautiful breakfast; choice of cereals, fruit salad, home made bread and jams and maybe waffles or tart followed by freshly brewed coffee or selection of... More

My two adult daughters and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of a two week vacation. Since we live on different continents, this was a very special trip for us. We preferred an accomodation where the three of us could share one room, and Les Orchidees was able to provide a very charming and comfortable room that... More

The b&b is in a very quiet location only noise was from a very persistant cockerel in a neighbouring farm who liked the sound of his own voice but it didn't detract from our stay in anyway. When i was searching google for a b & b i had very specific requirements because i am a full-time wheelchair user and... More
