We stayed one night as family of four - 2 children and 2 adults. Room was clean but a little small for the four of us. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet. No lift - we stayed on 3rd floor. Stayed at Killiane at the end of August. Arrived to a very warm welcome from Kathleen who offered tea and homemade biscuits. The farmhouse is spotless and our room was very comfortable. The title is not really correct as you do not stay in a Castle but a lovely old farm house. The castle has very little to do with your stay. Beautiful setting. My sister and I needed to leave early and wanted breakfast before we left. The only way we could get breakfast earlier than 08:30 was if we were going on the ferry. Kathleen took $10.00 euros off our bill, It would have been nice to have breakfast before we left though. More
