We stayed two nights in this lovely bed and breakfast, which is really good situated if you want to visit the county of Wicklow. The room was really comfortable and the decoration were lovely. The lady who owns the bed and breakfast is really cute and she welcomed us very kindly. And for the breakfast, the Irish breakfast and the... More

My husband and I spent two nights at Carmel's Bed & B. Carmel (her name is pronouced like the candy ... and she is a sweet lady ) is gracious and the B&B is lovely and comfortable. There are lovely gardens and the B&B is near Glendalough. Breakfast is generous and delicious. There is also a teapot and cups in... More

Excellent breakfast, I really enjoyed the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Others had pancakes and they looked so delicious. Carmel was so lovely and helpful! Great location for walking Wicklow National Park! Great wifi!

Carmel is lovely, very warm & welcoming. Breakfast is superb - lots of choice and plentiful; lots of variety from smoked salmon, fresh fruit, Irish cooked breakfast. Rooms spacious. Decent off street parking. Outside seating area. However, lots of dust in the bedroom we were in. radiators need thermostats. Heavy blankets on the bed a bit antiquated and a dust... More

Carmel was welcoming & friendly! She gave us great suggestions for what would interest us in the area. The B&B was clean & homey. The breakfast was wonderful! We would stay here again with no hesitation!

Carmel is very nice and extremely welcoming. Nice rooms. Older style but nicely furnished. Very large and comfortable. Nice breakfast. You need a car here to get back to the surrounding walks. A nice large lounge area to relax in.

I stayed here during quite a chilly Autumn and nearly froze. While the rooms were nicely decorated, they were very cold and the beds felt damp. I wish I packed my thermals! Also, the breakfast was below par in that the portions size was very sparse. There is no public transport in the locality so choices are limited for seeing... More

Four of us stayed for one night to visit Glendalough. Carmel was a wonderful hostess. Her guest lounge is large and a nice place to relax. We enjoyed some time watching the telly after days of being on the go. Her breakfast pancakes with fruit are unbelievably delicious. I will be making them for my overnight guests at home. Easy...
