The staff was so friendly and always there to help you with a smile even though worked long hard hours!!!!! We stated at the Sol y Mar after reading reviews and having visited Egypt on several occassions this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. Staff very friendly however food was pretty oor but did improve possibly due to the number of complaints. more
