I was recommended to the White Horses cottage by a very discerning friend - and he was correct in every detail, I can thoroughly endorse all the positivity expressed by fellow reviewers here. I have never stayed in such a hospitable or well appointed "B & B" anywhere in the UK. The problem in commending Sue's establishment is the secret... More

We stayed here for two nights in June 2014. The bedroom and bathroom (+ tea making facilities) were most comfortable; and it was good to look out over the sea. The breakfast is magnificent, with particularly good coffee (very rare anywhere in our experience), bread and cooked food. Sue is a splendid host.

Easy to book, a warm welcome, beautiful bedroom with a fantastic view! The breakfast was excellent as well. We had a wonderful time at White Horses Cottage and would thoroughly recommend it. Dungerness RSPB nature reserve is nearby and we saw some good birds, notably harriers and a hobby. If you are in the area then a trip on the... More

It's all been said in these review, but it needs repeating: Sue Stacey has made Sea Horses Cottage into the perfect B&B, with her warm welcome, attention to detail and considerate care. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful panoramic view of the shore. It offered every imaginable facility: thoughtfully chosen bath accessories, fridge with bottle of mineral... More

Sue is a wonderful hostess who has a fantastic attention to detail which made our stay absolutely perfect. The room is amazing and so comfortable. Home made scones on arrival with biscuits,... More

We stayed in the four poster room for one night and wished we had been able to stay longer. Everything about this b and b was perfect. The extras such as home made scones and fresh fruit were what one might expect from a 5 star hotel, and were all the better for being so unexpected. Sue is a lovely... More

What more can be said that has not been said before. The fifteen people that reviewed this guest house prior to our arrival were quite correct in awarding it top marks. I stayed for one night with my wife and two daughters. We were warmly greeted by the host and owner, Sue, who is a lovely, warm and passionate lady. We... More

We recently stayed for two night, our children and grandchildren were staying in a near by holiday park, the house stood so proud on the beach front, ask the owners where it was built, the room was perfect, everything you would need was there, including a pair of binoculars, we woke in the morning to the smell of bread cooking,...
