Ok for overnight travel stop, but when you have pre-paid for two rooms through the Accor booking system, and you get there and they only have 1 on their system and the hotel is full you have to sleep on the floor !

My hubby pre booked a few of these for our tour . We stayed in 1 only in Calais and they are only fit for truckers . Pulled into the car park at ghent Belgium and straight out . We didn't even go to this one we booked the budget ibis in Calais instead and lost our money on this... More

We stayed here as an overnight stop. We arrived late and nothing was open in the nearby town. We paid £24 for the room including breakfast. We couldn't fault it for the money. Its no frills but the water was hot and the room was clean.

We arrived late in the evening but luckily the reception was open, however on your confirmation email they provide instructions of how to access your room. There was plenty of parking and it was easily accessed by main route ways. The receptionist didn't know much English, but then again we were in France and got by fine. The room is... More

A Formula One (F1) hotel was virgin territory for me. I have saw them advertised on various booking sites - always with very cheap prices and more often out of town - and heard people in the passing refer to F1 hotels as a ‘joke’ or with an air of snobbery that such hotels were ‘beneath ones’ status. Anyway, I’d... More

I've usually stayed in Premiere Classe hotels on my shoestring budget jaunts to France, but this hotel was better placed for where I wanted to be, so I took the chance. I was fairly pleasantly surprised at the standard of the room. It was very clean and nice and warm, which in the middle of November is a must. In... More

Not for fussy people but then F1 never claimed to be luxurious. We found the rooms and the public areas clean and tidy but strongly suspect the drains can't cope when the hotel is full. Everything worked fine late at night but in the morning I struggled to find a toilet that wasn't blocked and then took two goes to... More
