While the carpets are a bit worn out the rooms are quite nice. I had a nice room with big walk in shower and deck with gorgeous view of the mountain. The service is very good- pool are is nice and clean. They have a tank full of ice and soda, beer, water.. in the lobby- excellent.

This is a pretty good hotel. The rooms are rather spacious (by Japanese standards) and the plan I chose included dinner and breakfast, which was quite appetizing. Weather permitting you can see Mt. Fuji from your balcony, but much of the time in the summer it's hidden by clouds. They have a swimming pool and tennis court, which if you... More

We travelled through five cities in Japan and stayed inequal number of hotels. Regina at Mount Fuji was amongst the better hotels we stayed in. The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable by any standard, service very polite, courteous and good. Breakfast very good and to top it all view of Mount Fuji spectacular from balconies of all rooms.... More

We were there on the 7/5 for three nights. We booked half board. The hotel is easy to find not far from Kawaguchiko station. Nearby there is a Mall/ supermarket . Our room was amazing, a separate living room very spacious . Room is big with twin bed( big). Fujiyama can be seen right at our room balcony...wow! Breakfast was... More

like many hotel web sites and reviews the web pages and images make it look better than it is. This is a fine hotel in a good location but frayed at the edges. Staff great and food fine. However next time I would select one on the opposite side of the lake. Better views if fine. Don't come here expecting... More

Mount fuji is just right in front of the room. You can see from early morning until sunrise on the changing views of mount fuji. The room is spacious but is abit old and need renovation. Room rate is too high which cost almost 200USD per night. Service is good there is shuttle bus pick up from kawaguchi station.

Great view of Mt Fiji with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a free shuttle service to train station at any time requested. Good service with a smile and man made his and her onsen facilities. This was the largest room I've ever had in Japan (large by western standards) with separate bathroom to toilet and with main living... More

In the past we've been sold hotel rooms with a view, only to be disappointed. Not so at Hotel Regina. Fuji is so close you feel like you could reach out and touch it. The view, however, is not all. Dinner was included, which was kaiseki. The food was fantastic and the service was attentive and friendly. The hotel has... More

Hotel is located very close to FujiQ and offers shuttle service there and back, as well as to the local train/ bus stations. This is what we were looking for and worked great. As far as the hotel itself, the rooms were large and clean, if not a bit dated. The staff was friendly, but on average, about proficient at... More

We only stayed for one night, but our room was very dated and this hotel desperately needs renovating. The room is large with a lounge area, separate bedroom and bathroom. The only good things about this hotel are the staff who were so friendly and helpful, but also the breakfast. The hotel does have a mini bus to take you... More
