Perfect 2 nights! In the middle of the woods, a little outside town but the rooms are great. We stayed in a bungalow with 2 floors, lots of windows and plenty of room. When you open your curtains, Fuji is right there! Did not see the onsen, but they have them. Also some trails to walk on and mini golf.... More

We stayed in a villa, which was actually pretty nice. A hotel attendant was helpful and spoke English and helped us to our room. We had two floors a nice bathroom, an area outside that looks like it should have been an onsen but was covered in pine needles, the bed was comfortable but that's the only thing that we... More

Very inexpensive hotel with resort facilities in the five lakes area of Mt Fuji. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The quadruple room is very good value and the apartment is rather spacious with two bedrooms. However, the hotel is located about 10 mins drive from Kawaguchiko station, so self transport is recommended. You can save ¥500 each day if... More

We stayed at the Spor:Sion for 3 nights. Although the hotel location is relatively inconvenient, the shuttle buses carry customers to Kawakuchiko station, and you just have to make reservations in advance according to the timetable. The restaurant provides delicious dinner and breakfast buffets with both Japanese and Western styles and great Mt. Fuji view is just out of the... More

The whole experice for us is terrible from the begining. First we have to call three times before our checkin to verify our reservation which they claimed thery could not find it ( we had our Japanese friend called for us). They finally find our reservation at 10 am on our date of checkin. Upon the date our checkin, they... More

Old but very large and easy access to skiing or the amusement park. Rooms are 500-700 sqft and only $100 a night including breakfast. We've reserved it for 3 more events until March due to price and ease of going skiing. Taxi is about 2,000 yen to get to town to eat if you don't want the buffet at the... More

This was our first visit to Japan and we spent our first two nights here. Normally we wouldn't pick resort-style accommodation so I can't offer feedback based on how good it is on that front as I have nothing to compare it with. Compared with other accommodation we stayed in during our holiday it was absolutely fine. Before we arrived... More

I'm not sure what the history of this hotel is as it has recently been rebranded (previous issues, new owners?), but seems to still have a lot of the older facilities in place. The hotel is a pain to locate, and I had to hitchhike here - a kind Japanese man drove me here, and even he had difficulty finding... More

frustating experience:1)Never try to drive there: We could not locate this hotel with the tel no( three different no as shown on the internet) with GPS, and asked 2 Japanese on the way we drove, only able to locate a nearby University by GPS, then asked and asked again, finally found our way. What is wrong with their tel no? 2)... Fuji Premium Resort is a wonderful way to connect with nature. It's at the base of Mt. Fuji with incredible attractions and izakaya's surrounding it. Although, if you are NOT Japanese, the staff will not be as helpful. They will not show you where your room is, they will give unrealistic pick-up times from their shuttlebus, towels in the rooms...
