I was travelling with my friend, thought it looked like a bit of a quirky hotel... nonetheless. We turned up to find it was a love hotel- but I didn't really care. The location is AMAZING. And the view, just see for yourself. I've been to a lot of places, stayed in a lot of hotels -but this one takes... More

We can see Fuji mountain and Kawaguchi Lake from the guest room. The bench and table are provided for sitting at the terrace to enjoy the great view of Fuji-san and Kawaguchiko. The room is very good, clean and comfortable. The public bath is quite small lack of facilities in public bath when compare with other Onsen. The dinner is... More

Hotel is very homely decorated. They even have a fire place at the lobby. Food was fantastic. We have both breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful. They even accompanied me to return my rental car with the hotel van so that I can take the hotel van back to the hotel after retuning the rental car. Great experience overall... More

I am a Japanese tourist and stayed 2 nights with my 9 months and 4 years kids and wife. I am impressed by this small and good atmosphere hotel so I want to try to introduce this hotel to foreign tourists who want to stay nearby Mt Fuji. First of all, this hotel seems to be one of the foreign... More

Without a doubt, this hotel deliver what it promises. The majestic view of Mount Fuji (weather permitting). I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even just for one night from my one week itinerary. If you're similar like me, would like to strike off the snow capped Mount Fuji from your bucket list, this hotel is the way to... More

If you want to wake up in a Japanese style room and have a view on the incredible Mount Fuji I definitely recommend this hotel. The service provided was great as well as the dinner we've had there. The bar is opened until 11pm and you can relax in the beautiful lounge on the ground floor. Thumb up for this... More

We stayed at this property last week and had such a great time! Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, they came to pick us up at the station. The lobby is just stunning, warm, decorated in a vintage mountain style....and lot of Christmas decorations! We stayed in a traditional Japanese room overlooking Mt. Fuji (which I believe they all do)... More

It was my first time travelling to Japan. Ryokan is one of my wishlists for staying a night there. Mizuno hotel fulfilled it with warm and welcome I felt since I walked in the lobby on the rainy day. The room was nice. I could experience Japanese style room. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to see Mt. Fuji from... More

We booked a Japanese style room and reserve dinner as well. The room is clean and quiet and the most important is you can see Fuji mountain just at the balcony. The hotel location is a little on the hill but there's shuttle bus you can take to the station and when you arrive kawaguchiko station, they will pick you... More

So we arrived via Osaka on JR. Train at Shin-Fuji station and jumped on bus which took 2 hours to get to the local village and Mizuno Hotel. Quite surprising as we didn't expect such a long bus trip from the Fuji station particularly as it was quite late but anyway just something to be aware of if coming from... More
