Room Type is kinda old style but too expensive. They don't really care about non-smoker's right. There is smell of cigarettes at lobby, restaurant and even room inside. They just provide A cup per room when we wanna drink cups of coffee. Double room but one cup, and, dirty! Too bad to this hotel.

The service of this hotel is TERRIBLE! Staffs look like never get sleep and unfriendly … near to the road that I can heard cars and motorcycles go through noisy. They have bad sound insulation. Breakfast buffet just have few stuff, far from OK. Just don't know what to eat. Clean is just at the surface, I can find dead... More

I been there with a group of friends and I found it pleasant and most importantly, it was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The air-conditioning was good and the the room was nice enough. I stayed in the new wing and it had nice sea views from the corridor. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was comfortable... More

There is karaoke on the 7th floor, whose noise kept me awake all through the night. Flies flew around the hotel rooms. In addition, bad smell was everywhere in both of my and my friends' rooms, which even heavy perfume failed to cover. This is definitely one of the most terrible places I have ever stayed.

Our tour guide recommended this 7 storey hotel for its cleanliness and securities. There were several ladies among us. I feel that its facilities are great for groups. Breakfast is mainly Indonesian. It's very centralised with many seafood restaurants and coffee shops. One can have a paranomic view from the top floor which has a lounge. The hotel is actually... More

Clean hotel with good polite staffs. The room is a bit small. Good air-cond. Good location. Breakfast is ok, not too bad. Near many coffee shops and seafood restaurants. Great value for money. I always stay there when I am in balai.

The best hotel in Tanjung Balai Karimun so far with proper rooms and facilities. Located at downtown and surrounded by many shops and places to eat. For the island like Karimun, this hotel is beyond my expectation.
