I stayed this hotel 3rd times. nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed, easy to access to center of Brussels(train station is near, 5 minutes walk). I would like to visit again in future. thank you so much.

Situated in a quiet residential area, not for from the motorway, I found this Ibis budget hotel the perfect place for me. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. Dirty towels replaced daily. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cold food to eat. About a 5 minute walk from Ruisbroek station which... More

Seems to be far from Gare du Midi but easy to acces, even with bus 50,for the tourists without car; a clean hotel with good prices, good and friendly staff. Some rooms are smaller, but enough to rest after a long walk in Brussels.

Sea cabin chic for the rooms, vending machines in the foyer vice a bar, 'convenient for Antwerp' n the description, no record of reservation.... Wouldn't honor the price... Situated at the crack of a goods yard.... Pleasant staff, and pretty clean though. Wouldn't choose to stay here again principally on location - this is not a Brussels centre hotel (despite... More

Dirty, small, poor rather than essential, overpriced. Asked non-smoking room but I found lots of cigarette burnings on the floor. Hard to get hairdryer as you need to pay 20 € cash deposit. No toiletries except malfunctioning soap dispenser in a shower capsule. Toilet cup, washbasin and shower located in three different corners. Towels bad looking and consumed. Paid 95€/night+... More

We went there in july for my birthday weekend. We thought we were going to be late and called the reception, and were assured that the reception is open 24h a day and we can check-in at any time we wanted to. That was a big plus point as we found in hotels they tend to ask for check in... More

Ibis - No matter where you go you'll get a basic level of cheap accommodation that will be a decent nights sleep. No frills, its like an Asda shop you know when you get there you wont be wowed or ripped off. We tend to stay at these places when we cant find decent accommodation at an affordable price. The... We stayed two nights in Brussels. The hotel was very nice with friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Drawback: The location is in a small village without options to go out for dinner. Trains from Brussels Central go there twice per hour during the week and once per hour on weekends.

My wife forgot her wedding ring. we called later the same day and the receptionist was so unhelpfull. I also do not trust them after this experience. Its unacceptable that he wont even try and help us at all. Just said "sorry for your loss". The room itself was at leats clean and we had a nice stay.
