we just spent 12 days at this hotel. in fact i am writing this from the main outside patio in the sunshine hopelessly trying to find a criticism and failing as there is literally nothing to criticise. The staff as unfailingly polite and cheerful, everything is efficient, of excellent quality and everything works. for example, we were staying at the... More

We booked this hotel to meet some friends who live in central Europe. We had a wonderful and relaxing week there with our 6-month old daughter. The hotel is more suitable for families with toddlers than for small babies, however, it does have all the facilities you need for them (kitchen, washing machine, cots and changing tables - even a... Fo Skiing at BKK this is a little way out, only 2 buses per day to the lifts and it takes 20 mins. The staff were lovely and the hotel is well equiped and clean and tidy. The spa area is a very nice place to relax after a long day on the slopes, Food was good also although i... More

We booked this hotel after seeing it promoted as a 'kinder sporthotel'. It does have a beautiful setting and loads of activites on offer. We found it difficult at times due to a lack of English translation of some of the printed material and limited English of most of the staff. However enough of the staff spoke enough English to... We have just returned from a week at Hotel Brennseehof in Austria. Although we had a lovely week it was not quite as we had anticipated and thought a few tips would be helpful. The hotel is advertised as more of a teenager hotel than most of the Kinder hotels. The week that we were there this was not our... More

We've just returned from a fantastic summer week at this hotel. The setting is beautiful and there is something for everyone: There is a lovely grassy lido area by the lake with warm swimming / paddling pools, a little beach and lots of sun loungers Our two small children (3 and 1) really enjoyed the kids club activities leaving us... Have been staying at the hotel for a week with my 4 years old daughter. Positive – friendly staff, excellent food, good facilities, good value for money, nice people visiting, meaning good company... Negative – not easy to reach from the UK, the kindergarten ski school is crap, after 3 days I almost lost my daughter’s for ski... Why no... More

We've stayed in this hotel twice this year already, and are definitely planning to come again. The friendliness and readiness to help of the owners and the staff of the hotel are remarkable. The food is very good, the portions are just right in size (something you rarely have in Austria:), and is available practically all day long. The only... More

Despite most other amenities being good, with the exception that for the Kids entertainment beyond 6 years old it is largely left to themselves, the Food experience is absolutely simply dire. So bad in fact as to tarnish the overall experience even if they do well in any other areas. I would not recommend, as given the location, it is... More

We, the owner family of the hotel, we were very disappointed about some of your comments. Hardly ever our food has been critisized and never before described as bad as you did. First of all we admit that we sometimes use some of our ingredients for more than just one type of meal. The reason for it isn´t that we... More
