took a while to get there from the main town where the touristy places were, but was worth the views! they did inform me before booking I had to change rooms during my stay, I booked a deluxe and when I did change rooms, they put me in a standard. Then I inquired again because I paid for deluxe and... More

Just two word for my experience at Oyku: very unique. We slept very deep due the cave elements of the hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Good personal service. The view from the hotel has a calming effect. Will definitely come back.

We were there only for dinner. Their owner, Ayse, is an awesome cook. She cooked us a great dinner with delicious hot and cold appetizers. Service was also very fast and satisfactory. Prices are reasonable, we drank a bottle of wine and payed approx. 25€ per person.

I would like to add my voice to those of my friends who enjoyed staying in Oyku Evi Cave Hotel and admired it. Last week it was my fourth visit to Cappadocia, the Land of Beautiful Horses and the resort of highly impressive natural beauties and of ancient history. However, it was the first time I stayed in Oyku Evi... More

Oyku Evi Cave Hotel is 4.5km from the closest small town of Urgup in a sleepy village of Ayvali. The hotel is nestled in a mini valley of manmade caves. There are 101 photo opportunities in this location alone especially in the evening. The feeling the hotel gives is that of a family atmosphere. One is obliged to use the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a most amazing time. The setting is simply stunning and it is tucked away in a small village away from the tourists. Unlike another reviewer we found the son of the owner of the hotel to be incredibly helpful - in fact he went out of his way on several occasions. On... More

It is really difficult to find this hotel. there was a nice staff at hotel, however the guy I found out he is the owner's sun. He was very rough. He wasn't even greating the guests, you... More

It was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it at a mystical place like Oyku Evi. I searched on internet and as soon as I saw the photos, I said "yess, this is where I must go". When I arrived, I was happy to see that everything is as appeared to be on internet. I did not want to... More

Oyku Evi (House of Stories) is a bit difficult to travel from if you don't have a vehicle, but is a lovely little cave hotel. There are 5 very spacious rooms, each decorated in an individual style and named after a colour. We were an extended family group and so our group occupied the whole hotel, which made it feel... Last month I went to Öykü Evi with my friends. The hotel was so impressive and snug that actually you could create your own story in this place. The spirit of the cave room was fascinating. I think the important issue was "hospitality". The owners of the hotel related to us so much. It was an unforgetable holiday. Thank you... More
