Chateau Bela is definitely the best, most beautiful and authentic castle hotel in Slovakia. Owned and reconstructed by a countess it has genuine "chateau ambience". You can even met the owners time to time in the castle premises. Well decorated and furnitured rooms and several parlours where you can sit down with a book and a cup of tee. You... More

The chateau itself is set in a beautiful location amidst rolling hills. It is newly refurbished to an excellent standard. The staff are young and motivated. The food and drinks were delicious, if a little heavy for my taste. There is a small spa area which I feel could be improved and upgraded so that guests can make much better... More

Beautifully restored old castle turned into a hotel where you don't feel like in a hotel but rather like visiting the family. From paintings to furniture, you can see the place was restored with love and taste. Food is great, staff helpful. Simply a perfect place for a weekend.

Doesn´t matter who you are - you will be surprised and you will feel like a nobleman in a castle of his friend. Nicely restored premises, three fishing ponds, possible chase, nice walks. Excellent wines (mostly whites) from the cellar with wise comments, very creative and talented Hungarian chef Peter, preparing delicious (and nice) specialities.

The hotel, originally a country manor, is set in a quiet village Belá in the southern Slovakia. The hotel seems really enchanting. With a large park, pool, and two courts outside and many historical rooms inside, which can be used by guests for day activities. The guest rooms are specious and very stylish. Everything is very elegant and accomplished. There... More

This hotel is set in a beautiful part of southern Slovakia and the grounds do not disappoint. The hotel has been extremely well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There's a good outdoor pool and activities are available in the grounds if wanted. The food was amazing. Highly recommended.

The hotel is pure luxury and history in every part of it. I felt like being in museum. Furniture and decorations are authentic and of high quality. Food in hotel restaurant is delicious. You can also have private wine tasting. Stay here and be treated such as a member of royal family.
