We stayed here last Autumn, (with a couple of friends who had never been to Greece previously). They were so impressed that they now understand why we have spent the last 30 years visiting over 30 different Greek Islands! Maria has maintained that feel of the 'real Greece', that now is so often lost. We had accommodation in two beautifully... More

Maria and her staff could not have made our stay any better from the moment she picked us up in the harbour to when we left 5 days later we were so well looked after. The lovely setting of the accommodation ended our Greek island hopping on a high so much so we have decided to go back in 2015,... More

First stop on our island hopping trip around the Cyclades. We arrived here after a night flight from the UK and an early morning ferry landing at 10am to be picked up by Maria who took us to the accommodation which had been cleaned ready for us to go straight into - a perfect start. We had a junior suite... More

A different experience, that is the Sifnaikia Konakia, having stayed at many Greek hotels/apartments and studios over the years, this place is quite unique. Maria is a star, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We had room No2 with wonderful views over the bay of Kamares. The large rooms are decorated with a certain style which is very personal... We loved Sifnaika Konakia and all it had to offer. Maria and her great staff provide an authentic Sifnian experience with a wonderful experience and a facility that is second to none. Situated very close to the restaurants and shops in Kamares without being in downtown traffc and noise, the hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is made... More

We stayed in this property 8 years ago when we got married. This time we returned with two toddlers. The place was even more amazing than last time. Those with young children know that not every hotel is equal for those needs. Since our last stay, they've build another level lower down the hill, and made family rooms there (bigger,... More

Maria makes you most welcome in these lovely rooms. From the moment you meet her at the ferry to the moment you leave she looks after everything. The views from the balconies outside the really clean rooms are fantastic. The fruit, fresh cakes and bread in the breakfast really set you up for the day. All in all I wouldn't... More

Really a great place in the heart of Kamares. Excellent location, service, rooms and breakfast. (but on the other hand the whole island is fantastic). I would definitely come back again when in Sifnos.

This was a very good boutique hotel that is conveniently placed for access to local tavernas and restaurants (see nearby Themari, highly recommended), to the beach (about 8 minutes) and to the bus stop (immediately outside). The room was clean and had the feel of a Greek cottage. The maid service was daily. We had a patio with a good... More

Laid out in a traditional Cycladic village style, the accomodation here is well designed to maximise the views of the lovely grounds, countryside beyond and distant views of the sea. It is well positioned only being about 10 mins walk out of Kamares and having a bus stop directly outside meant that it was an easy point to explore the... More
