This was a very good boutique hotel that is conveniently placed for access to local tavernas and restaurants (see nearby Themari, highly recommended), to the beach (about 8 minutes) and to the bus stop (immediately outside). The room was clean and had the feel of a Greek cottage. The maid service was daily. We had a patio with a good... More

Laid out in a traditional Cycladic village style, the accomodation here is well designed to maximise the views of the lovely grounds, countryside beyond and distant views of the sea. It is well positioned only being about 10 mins walk out of Kamares and having a bus stop directly outside meant that it was an easy point to explore the... More

The guesthouse was quaint and lovely. The rooms have large balconies with amazing views to the mountains and the sea. The room was cool and very quiet. Breakfast was good and served on a lovely terrace. There were games, playground, toys and puzzles to entertain our 5 year old. However, the best part was the kindness of the owner, Maria.... More

We spent a week there with our little baby. Everything was perfect, the place was quiet and the beach only a hundred meters away. We could see the sea from our veranda while taking breakfast. Great value for money, would visit again.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. Maria, the proprietor, was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. She runs a great establishment. The rooms were lovely - white walls with old, dark wooden furniture giving an authentic Greek feel. We had a balcony with stunning view over the mountains and bay. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. I couldn't fault Sifnaika... More

The room was charming and quiet with a private outdoor space. The hotel is only a short walk to a beautiful beach. If you want to explore the island, you can take a bus which stops right across from the hotel. Maria was warm, helpful, and able to suggest restaurants, hikes, places to shop, etc.. As other people have mentioned,... More

The location of these appartments was perfect, near enough to the beach to make this accessible, and yet in a nice quiet location, despite being just set back from the road.No noise was heard from this. Maria (our host) was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was a fabulous source of information, when asked. If your... More

What can someone say about this place? It's magical. And its most amazing asset is probably the owner, Maria. Sometimes personalized service makes all the difference! Impressive traditional rooms, with stone and wood, incredible handmade furniture, nice view to the Cycladian sunset, merely 5 minutes by foot from the nicest beach of the island, fully equipped kitchens, and 10 minutes... We recently stayed three nights at Sifnaika Konakia Traditional Settlements and what a relief after all of the hustle and bustle of Santorini. Maria and her son met us at the port which we really appreciated. Our room was spotless and very charming, Maria even had a bottle of wine waiting for us as I think she felt a little... More

A great place to stay to explore the wonderful island of Sifnos. Maria makes you feel like family with her warmth, greeting you like long lost friends. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean, my only comment would be that the kitchenette area is very small and limits the ability to cook, but why bother when Maria provides a... More
