Before I write about the hotel, I would like to write about the journey to Lachung from Gangtok. The journey is not for the light hearted, roads are not good so if you have some health issues avoid going. Having said that the journey is quite an experience. now the hotel, well lachung is a very small village, all the... More

We were 3 couples who visited the Hotel in June 2013 for our trip to Yumthang Valey and Zero point. All our rooms were cliff facing and offered amazing views.. The hotel has got young and energetic staff who are humourous in their own way and makes the stay different as compared to other properties.. They did take care of... More

Other rooms did not look too great so request this room when booking! Food was included in our package- food quality was very good (VEG ONLY)... More

We stayed in the hotel for a night and the next morning we were off to visit Yumthang valley and then back to Gangtok. I should mention the great food we had in Cliff view residency at Lachung. They had prepared pure vegetarian food and even Jain food (without onions, garlic) was available. Jain food was prepared specially for some... More
