This hotel was sold to us via a third party travel agency Centre Tours and Travel. This particular hotel was sold to us as a heritage experience, soaked in history. However it was simply an old, unkempt building which did not appeal to our senses. At a price of £28 per night we were not expecting to have a five... More

Only things that you can see in Mandawa are "haveli". Probably this is the best preserved palace. Nearby there is a bazar and the main street of the Old City with other "haveli" handy to you. From the outside is amazing! Less in the rooms. They really need an upgrade; but aren't so far from "indian standard" of all others... More

Hotel Staff treat Indians Diffetent than foreigners. Indian Clients are not important for them. they dont mind insulting indians. so please be careful before you book this hotel. they have a strange rule that indians can not talk to the foreigners in hotel.

Although the hotel can use some work done its a very nice place to stay. Our room, one of the painted rooms, was clean and the bed comfortable. We came for the ambiance, the paintings and the typical Shekawathi haveli and thats what we got! The hotel provides a guiding service, for free, to walk around the town and show... More

The hotel is an old Haveli with typical rooms. We slept 1night at this place, the bathtub was not clean so we asked them to clean it again (what they did immediately and correctly). During the night we had an issue with a non correctly sealed window (very old window), insects were able to enter the room and that was... More

It was absolute fun to stay at the property. Its an heritage building converted tastefully in hotel. You get royal feel with all traditional reception and activities. Camel ride, rajasathani folk dance, mehandi, puppet show and many more.. This place is awesome and great value for money. Glass room was also unique experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Hotel Heritage Mandawa. The paintings are very beautiful and intricate, you can see the Rajasthan ancient culture on it. The maintenance of the hotel is very neat and organised. The room service was very prompt. I personally liked the overall experience of the stay and also not to miss the tasty food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Heritage Mandawa. An ancient haveli, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and gets you quite excited upon your arrival. We had a downstairs corner room that was quite large and very ornate - every inch of the walls covered in red and gold vegetable paint. The bathroom was basic, but clean. Compared to... More
