Awesome property, wonderful hospitality , a place to relax , worth visiting once in a year. Nicely managed property. Tents are very neat and clean. Lifetime experience. Kudos to Harkirat and his team for making our visit a memorable experience

In early march 2015 I (as a part of a group of 20) enjoyed a wonderful stay, great hospitality and service by Harikat and his team. Citrus County is also a perfect location for visiting nearby Hola Mohalla.

From the moment we arrived at Citrus County we experienced such a wonderful reception. This is a family run business who go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. The staff are absolutely lovely they are helpful and the cooking is excellent. The accommodation consisted of a huge luxury tent with adjoining large bathroom. Very... More

Soon as you turn left from the main Highway toward the Chhauni Farms, you sense that you are in for something extraordinary. The cool December evening, the setting sun, the gently winding rural road flanked by Kinnow (mandarin Orange) trees clad in their "festive" best orange and green, the koel bird song lazily wafting towards you from a distance, like... Harki, the owner, gave me a very clean room in the house with good facilities that had little extras that I wasn't used to receiving in other hotels. The kitchen served delicious food, and with great service. The village itself it exceptionally clean, and very peaceful. 'Was a wonderful stay, and I' recommend it!

Just returned after spending two days in Citrus County and am kicking myself for not staying on longer. The beautiful ambience of the tents aesthetically set in a semi-circle surrounded by tall, majestic poplars, ficus, palms and of course citrus trees of all varieties - kinnows, tangerines, grapefruits and many more. A beautiful vacation destination - be it with family,... More

Citrus County is the place for a unique experience that showcases life in a village. It's on the way to Amritsar, whose Golden Temple is a must see attraction of India, as well as the slightly incomprehensible and Monty Python-esque Wagah Border ceremony that takes place every night on the Pakistan-India border. It could also serve as a base for... More

Our search for a perfect holiday that had to meet a set of rigid constraints (within 6 hours of road/rail travel, child friendly, not too commercial) ended with a friend highly recommending Citrus County. For a person who has never been to Punjab, the bookings to Hoshiarpur were made with a sense of apprehension and trepidation. But what a wonderful... More
