My rating is for the spa at this hotel, as I didn't stay here. The facilities were good and the range of spa treatments small but very interesting. We tried the water massage and salt and oil body massage both if which were excellent, I also had a spa manicure and a a "brave" haircut which turned out fantastically well,... More

This hotel is slightly below the average of similar hotels outside of Yerevan. Dilijan climate is good, but this surely cannot be attributed to the hotel. Nice lobby area. Decent rooms and showers. Cleanliness could be improved considerably, though. The food is about average, not too impressive. Prices are ok, but the quality does not match the price. So, overall--overpriced.... More

We booked 2 double rooms on promotion price with with our friends (2 couples and our 1.5 years old child) only to find out: - the room was not double but twin, they just moved the beds together and even the duvets were seperate - "Amazing couple stay" - in October it goes below +10 in the evening, but the... A guest outside Armenia had tried but failed to book a room on the hotel's official site and had asked me to help. When I phoned the hotel and explained the situation, the manager told me very bluntly that 'book a room-check availability' section on their website has worked no single time since the hotel has opened (more than 5... We found this to be a rather strange hotel. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself grand and impressive. The staff were distant and not friendly. The food was very poor. We had a buffet breakfast and dinner and never saw a fresh vegetable or herb. the buffet dinner consisted of stringy meat and bones and... More

The rooms and beds here are huge. They are clean and comfortable if becoming a little worn around the edges. There is a pool in the basement with a jacuzzi . I found the staff friendly and helpful , their English is limited but they were very obliging. As other reviewers have said this is an ex Soviet hotel with... More

Guests are mostly Armenian families with children, also some foreign tourists. The public areas, our room and the bathroom were very clean. The rooms are very large. We especially enjoyed the lunch buffet and the breakfast. Very good Armenian cuisine. The staff was helpfull to fulfill special wishes like getting a coffee before breakfast time. Only the water in the... More

This hotel is a huge ex-communist building tarted up for the 21st century. The bedrooms are the biggest I've ever stayed in, with a ginormous bed, views of the forest from the balcony and a rather compact bathroom. The view from the corridor outside is across to the rather rundown town, not a pretty sight. The restaurant is characterless with surly staff, but... More
