Stayed for one night. Huge room backing on to the forested gardens. Really quiet and peaceful setting. Hotel was pretty empty - seemed to be just us and a small Italian tour group. Lovely spa area but pool and Jacuzzi were a bit on the cool side! Need to book if you want to use the sauna. Huge dining room... More

Hotel nice situated, in the wood. Very quiet. Cottages are also available. The rooms are old but big, the staff is not smiling and not always present, but at the end of the day, the overall is ok. Food in the restaurant is good. They offer sauna, massages that I didn't try. Really good place if you want to be... More

Everything about Hotel Dilijan is its spaciousness. The grounds are marvellous with deciduous woodland covering the hillside in front of the hotel, a pine woodland at the back and a flower rich meadow with a well surfaced track leading through it further up the hillside. Many birds enliven the grounds: redstarts, jays, chaffinches and blackbirds. The meadow is colourful in... More

Overall location and property is good. Staff is nice, not trained though. Pool is clean, but out of standards, stairs in water make it even dangerous. Sauna is cosy and paid. Wifi is weak. No much selection of tv channels. Food is diverse and low quality. Rooms are okay but not clean.

I chose this hotel because of good recommendations from my colleague. The hotel is far from the town center on a hill. It has many facilities that you can use if you do not want to spend your time outside the hotel: a swimming pool, spa, tennis a good playground for kids. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with a... My rating is for the spa at this hotel, as I didn't stay here. The facilities were good and the range of spa treatments small but very interesting. We tried the water massage and salt and oil body massage both if which were excellent, I also had a spa manicure and a a "brave" haircut which turned out fantastically well,... More

This hotel is slightly below the average of similar hotels outside of Yerevan. Dilijan climate is good, but this surely cannot be attributed to the hotel. Nice lobby area. Decent rooms and showers. Cleanliness could be improved considerably, though. The food is about average, not too impressive. Prices are ok, but the quality does not match the price. So, overall--overpriced.... More

We booked 2 double rooms on promotion price with with our friends (2 couples and our 1.5 years old child) only to find out: - the room was not double but twin, they just moved the beds together and even the duvets were seperate - "Amazing couple stay" - in October it goes below +10 in the evening, but the... A guest outside Armenia had tried but failed to book a room on the hotel's official site and had asked me to help. When I phoned the hotel and explained the situation, the manager told me very bluntly that 'book a room-check availability' section on their website has worked no single time since the hotel has opened (more than 5... We found this to be a rather strange hotel. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself grand and impressive. The staff were distant and not friendly. The food was very poor. We had a buffet breakfast and dinner and never saw a fresh vegetable or herb. the buffet dinner consisted of stringy meat and bones and... More
