Stayed here for 1 night with family to see the rice terraces. The hotel is on the edge of the village half way up the mountain. A taxi can not drop you off there and you have to walk 30 minutes up or 1 hour down from the car park to get there. We hired sherpa's to carry our bags!... More

We found it difficult not being able to communicate, we had to leave early in the morning and would have liked breakfast before we left, we would have liked to have paid by credit card as we were spending a few days in this area and there are no banks, we would have liked wifi but it didn't happen. Room... More

We stayed here for one night when we first arrived in Ping'An. Although the hotel staff spoke no English, we had an enjoyable stay. Our view of the terraces was beautiful as the guest house is located near the top of the village, and our room was comfortable with two twin beds and a/c. The free complementary breakfast was also... After the long trek up the mountain you will enjoy the hospitality of the management of this hotel. The view is unlike any in the world, but the room itself is very small. The bed is hard, and the bathroom floods a little into the rest of the room. The food is very good and the tour through the dragon's... More

Rooms are a little small but well-equipped like a 2-star hotel. The available air-conditioner was not required for the cool weather in May and the strong hot shower was much appreciated. The sink is in the room, instead of the bathroom. Although the building looks like a traditional wooden structure from the outside, it's all tiles, bricks, and cement on... More

One should note that this is a guest house and not a 5 star hotel. We stayed as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 teenage children for one night in early april. The day had been very cool and misty day and so we new we would be in for a cold night. We had 2 rooms, one... More
