We went on a 4night 5 day coach trip to Paris and stayed at this hotel, we found it very pleasant ,our room was comfortable with plenty of storage, the breakfast,s were continental and plentiful ,as much as you wanted with unlimited tea or coffee,we found the staff very friendly ,and the towels were changed every day,we wouldn't,t hesitate to... Just come back from a comfortable stay at this hotel as part of a Gold Crest “New Year in Disneyland Paris" tour. The room was very clean, and the beds although hard were comfortable, especially after many hours spent walking and standing up all day. The shower was warm , although we were disappointed the plug didn't fit in the... More

I can't stress enough how horrible this hotel is. - Outside: Looks grubby and old, like something out of a zombie movie. -Inside: Had a twin room. Immediately entering the room my friend and I were appalled. Paintwork on the frames were flaking off or missing in patches, the carpets were incredibly dirty - they looked as though a herd... More

After reading some of the reviews I went with an open mind. I went as part of a coach holiday with my 7 year old grandson and stayed 2 nights. We both had a double bed each. Room were clean, beds very clean and comfy, towels changed daily. Plenty of storage area for clothes etc. Reception was very nice with... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years. It is a very nice hotel that has two towers connected by hallways where conference rooms are located. Large rooms by European standards with air conditioning. The lobby and public areas, including outside, are also very nice. It has a very nice bar area located between the... More

Possibly this hotel was built on an Indian Burial ground, so this review may be a touch unfair. Anyway, stay in this hotel if you like the following - - Really, really, really dirty carpets - A creeping sense of unease and dread - A deep appreciation of 70's neo-Stalinist design and ideology - A feeling that you may be... The hotel is huge and belongs to the 80'. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't get the means to be nicer. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the building is a a real trip some 30 years back. This hotel is about 15 min away from eurodisney so if you spent a lot on the Disney park you can a... More

Stayed as part of a group on a trip to Disneyland Paris. Staff disinterested, apart from an elderly cleaning lady who was very helpful when you asked her anything and went out of her way to show you where anything was. Groups are not allowed to eat breakfast in the main dining room, had to eat in a separate room... More

We stayed here as part of a youth band tour. The hotel was very pleasant. Rooms were decent size. Toilets and showers en suite. They handed out wi-fi codes sparingly, so I'm guessing their router(s) becomes easily overwhelmed. There's a fairly large pool area and the bar is very nice. Our tour drove is into Paris where we would spend... More

Stayed here for three nights as part of a group. Advertised A/C but it didn't cool at all! Requested a fan which didn't help much, no ventilation. This hotel was dark and depressing. Breakfast offered to our group was rolls, jam, cornflakes, milk, OJ, water, coffee and tea. No protein for a group that was to be walking all day.... More
