Never saw such a disgusting Accor hotel. There were more bugs in room and smashed against the wall than I have ever seen. The walls probably used to be white but now had a colour I can't even describe and I don't want to know how many bodyfluids were involved. Terrible service (read: no) Never again! A shame for Accor!

We know it, Etap is a budget hotel, no more as a bed and a simple bathroom, this was about to be expected. But that the rooms where smelling, there where clear signs of smokers in a non-smoking room, not to mention the burning marks on the toilets, and the not cleaned sink.
