Very clean at very good location. Cheap too. The sauna and steam bath did not work.

I stayed in this Hotel from July to October. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms very clean, the restaurant quite good. Any service asked for was provided. If there were negatives it was the lack of a speedy internet connection, but this is a problem anywhere in Bulgaria's "out-back" and the breakfast buffet was pretty awful. But one could...

A fabulous 3 star gem in the heart of Sliven, Bulgaria. If you visit this city, stay here! It would NOT disappoint the most discerning traveller.
The location is in the heart of the city opposite the municipal building and has a ample, secured car park.
The reception and lobby are impressive and the staff are amazing, NOTHING was too...
