We stayed at the Theatre for a long weekend in April. The cottage is very spacious, we were a group of four adults and a baby and there was plenty of room for all of us. We liked the garden, the location was very peaceful and the facilities provided were great (the wifi is rubbish, but didn't really matter). We... More

When arriving at The Theatre we were all suprised at how spacious it was. The living room had lots of sofas, and we made full use of the log burner. It felt like being at home, rather than a holiday let. We all found the beds comfy, and enjoyed looking through the many books and DVD's that were on offer... More

What a gorgeous house. Totally exceeded our expectations, much bigger than expected, which gave us all space to do our own thing... A must with teenagers, and parents in need of a break! The sitting room is huge, a sofa each! sumptuous but yet still manages to be cosy. The kitchen is totally adequate and looks out onto the picturesque... More

We stayed in the west wing to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We were 3 families so 6 adults and 6 children in total. There was plenty of space for us all, and the house was grand yet cosy at the same time. It had the feel of a family house rather than a holiday cottage as it had so... More

we have had a large family gathering at Sedgeford Hall, (14 of us).. the pool was a wonderful bonus, clean, heated and easily accessed. the staff/owners we met were very accommodating with assistance to any minor queries we had during our stay. The west wing offered a peaceful break from everyday trivia. We ranged in ages from 9 to (almost... More

We spent three days in the beautiful Sedgford Hall Estate, in the Double room, (gorgeous room), enjoyed beautiful breakfasts, and Holly made us wonderful tea and cake in the afternoon, and couldn't do more to make us feel not only welcome, but also very pampered! I can highly recommend Sedgford for the most peaceful, beautiful country retreat. We will definitely... More

We recommend Sedgeford Hall for anyone looking for a romantic break, quiet weekend away, or (if you like this sort of thing) hunting and fishing. Thanks to Holly for making it so lovely and special! My girlfriend and I are currently in our gorgeous oak paneled room with our four poster bed, massive dressing room, and gorgeous bathroom. We've just... More
