The hotel is easy to find and has secure parking. The room was typical of this type of hotel with very comfortable beds. Our first evening meal was disappointing; my husband's meat was very tough and my lamb shank was overcooked and hard; the second night we chose to have a bar snack (microwaved meals but better than our restaurant... The building doesn't look overly inviting but inside they've refurbished it and it looks good. The room was airy and comfortable within the constraints of a budget chain with a welcome powerful shower. On the downside, the restaurant was closed for May Day and we had to wait for close on 2 hours for pizza to arrive.

This hotel, used to be a Mercure. The rooms were moified to the Ibis standard. I believe there have been some savings on the fixed costs. The service in the bar after dnner ws er slow, as the staff members were si occupiein the dining are. No remarks on friendliness, just understaffed. Had dinner in the restaurant, good value for money.... More

Even it is close to the motorway it was very nice, clean and most important quiet. Rooms are like IBIS style (but looks like renewed). The staff was very nice and even willing to speak English (which is not quite often in France :-)) Free Wifi - but a lack of english channels I have to say (for an international... More

We stayed at the Ibis during family weekend to explore the French Ardennes. The hotel is very well located. The restaurant, when open, offers nice and well-priced food. The service during the weekends, particularly on Sunday evenings is terrible. The hotel is left in charge of the most inefficient and unfriendly staff, who is supposed to do everything... from receptionist... More

We booked into this hotel at the last minute, after searching the area for somewhere to stay, after having to leave the hotel we had booked due to the room stinking of cigarettes. We were made to feel very welcome, provided with a ground floor room which was very big, clean and comfortable. My 4 year old's bed was made... More

Good for a nights sleep but not much else, it's France so the beers are expensive, breakfast is basic, staff are OK. You know what you will get but their prices are no longer at the reasonable end for this type of hotel. Quite a distance from anything else so only really for passing through.
