Been only for 3 days in Monterrey for Business, but I enjoyed this Hotel. Elegant, with designed furniture. Rooms are quite spacious, very cozy and clean. Pretty much comfortable bed. Dinner at Bice Restaurant is correct, price fair, but food is not remarkable. Lowest points for Breakfast. Next time I’d rather have breakfast at Starbucks, 10 meters aside. more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They double charged my credit card, and refused to refund the second charge. The employees whom I talked to about refunding the charge attempted to get more personal information out of me. I do not think this hotel is trustworthy. The hotel architecture and decor is absolutely amazing. Room was very comfortable, bedding was luxurious and had a great night's sleep. Great central location. My room was right above one of the bars, and I didn't notice any noise as some others have said. Maid service was, as others have said, unpredictable. The hotel is in an excellent location for getting around San Pedro and is an excellent business hotel for the reasonable price. The rooms are nice.
