quick overnight stay, but room was big, view was ok from one of the top floors and personnel were friendly and attentive, it is next to the shopping mall so its very convenient in the posh neighborhood of monterrey, beds were big, no WiFi included (bummer), shower and bathroom was bigger than average (as the room)

The Camino Real Monterrey is an excellent hotel that I have stayed in before. This is an update after a 2 year absence. The hotel is still excellent. Well appointed with plenty of room. Modern and very trendy. The hardest part was understanding the elevator buttons. Everything is done well. There are plenty of power outlets, great views, excellent ventilation,... More

Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great shower. Then add in mini-safe, large wardrobe and closet (if you travel with lots of clothing), elevator service excellent. LED flat screen TV with lots of English channels. WiFi is not free but fast. Wall plugs a bit low on the placement and quantity -- but I travel with a short power... More

The location was great right next to the Galleria so it was easy to get out and find anything that was needed. The hotel bar was very small so wasn't able find... More

I spent one night in Room 2710. Upon check in, the desk clerk never made eye contact nor welcomed me. After confirming my reservation and handing me the check in slip and showing me where to fill in, he changed to English and asked for my passport and I handed him my IFE. He gave me my key and I... I've been in this hotel many times and the wifi is not free of charge despite the prices for a room. Breakfast is also apart and when the hotel include it in the room price you can only get continental breakfast coffee and bread. Moreover the hotel asked for a copy of my passport because of the Mexican law normally... More

The ROOM very contemporary and spacious. The BADS,,, you have a coffee maker in the room with NO... More
