Granted the room price was our corporate rate so very reasonable. The room was better than I thought it would be. The room lighting was interesting. Small lights everywhere, the room was only well lit during the day. The bed was rather firm and I was not impressed with the pillows. Overall, the hotel is trying to be high end... More

I was in floor 31 with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was spacious, and had some upscale features. It included a nice TV, three phones, including one in the toilet area, tub and shower separated, built in drawers, and room safe. Expect to pay for in room coffee or water bottles. The wifi is also a paid... More

I was not impressed by this hotel. It has a premium price but the things were not there. Paid for internet which had only 2 bars. Complained but they gave only excuses instead of fixing the problem or changing the room. Called tech support 2 times and they told the hotel could have fixed by restarting the antenna. This hotel... This was my first stay at the Camino Real Monterrey and will not be my last. I have been staying across the street at the Quinta Real and like the location of the Camino much better, do not risk my life trying to cross the street for a Starbucks. The rooms are modern and clean. My major complaint, as many... More

Having booked my room with a group, I arrived only to find that they mixed up my reservation arriving for the following day. Fortunately my partner had arrived and was in a double room so I had to bunk there for the night since the hotel was full and they offered no alternatives. The room was nice, a bit dated.... More

I travel to Monterrey every 6 months and I always stay at the Camino Real. It has big rooms, comfortable beds, and is very clean. There are good options in house for dining. The club lounge is nice and quiet. The only gripe I have is that the wifi internet is slow and expensive. It's 2015! I can't believe I... More

Internet also paid. I cannot accept it in 2015. Room smells bettet. Breakfast equally great but is paid. And very well paid. Like a Lunch in Sweden! I would not come back. I supose there are equal good hotels with free internet and not so expensive breakfast

First trip to Monterrey and the Camino Real is a good business hotel. Comfortable, big rooms and a decent breakfast, and the location isn't bad. Friendly service also but I really don't get how the check out can be so slow, seemed poverty bureaucratic. Whilst the lobby is big, it is a bit of a bland space and so feels... More
