Business travel is always a delight when I stay at the Camino Real. I feel very safe at this hotel and stay there almost every time I am in Monterrey. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the people are very friendly.

If you have expectations for a 3 star property, you won't be disappointed. Rooms were very nice and the bathroom shower was exceptional! Carpets were a bit soiled, but nothing absolutely horrible. Gym was adequate with free weights, cardio machines, etc. Now the only reason I'm giving this an average rating is the customer service experience from the front desk.... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I really enjoyed the hotel. The room is very good with a lot of space. The shower is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of options and there are 2 fantastic restaurants. Theres a gym center, not so big but fine and a pool too.

I've stayed in several different hotels in San Pedro - this was my first experience at this hotel and I was very pleased - this is by far the best business hotel in town. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - nice desk, good lighting, comfortable bed, many electrical outlets. The bathroom is perfect. There is a business center... More

Stayed here for 10 days on business. The staff were very friendly from the moment I checked in, until I left. The rates were a bit high, but all hotels in that general area would be the same. Room service was very accommodating as well. The beds were amazing...plenty of pillows, good mattress, and nice comforters. The onsite restaurants were... More

I can't believe that an expensive hotel like this can have such a lousy service, like no free wi-fi (it's a "BUSINESS" hotel...). Everything in the hotel has to be paid: bottles of water -which are usually a courtesy in the rest of the country- and even the coffee you make yourself in the room! Never seen this combination of... Stayed three nights at the Camino Real for work. It's in a safe area, and has many restaurant options at the mall next door. If you'd rather not venture out, room service is good as well. I also liked the fact that the taxi back to the airport can be billed to your room in advance. Overall, if you find... More

I found the Camino Real to be a wonderful hotel! The room was spacious enough for me to do my daily exercise routine. I had a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, however- there are 9 pillows on the bed and a TON of blankets. Now I'm from up north, Chicago- and I'm typically always hot. So I... More

The hotel had very nice decor and amenities that included a nice gym with free weights and a loooong lap pool with comfortable chairs to lay on. I also liked the location as it was next to a mall with restaurants and a Starbucks. The also have a nice all-around restaurant called BiCe for all meals and an outstanding asian... More
