Our shower tiles were covered in mould. The staff (apart from a select few) forgot that they were in the field of customer service. The coffee was crap, no big communal sitting areas near bar. Restaurant was highly over-rated. As our first getaway without the children, we found this place a disappointment. Wish we went with a b&b instead.
I have just come back from 2 day conference at the resort. Room was large with very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and always smiling. The catering department did an amazing job. 60 plus people.to cater for. Great conference room facilities. Harry's Restaurant great views and staff. Corporate team facilities also fun. Archery, rock wall climbing, orienteering, golf. Very enjoyable...

We recently stayed for my Husbands 40th Birthday Weekend and took our almost 3yo son along staying in a King Suite. We loved Harry's Restaurant, we enjoyed an exceptional meal - and felt comfortable taking a toddler to his first proper dining experience (family restaurants excepted). We'd included the buffet breakfast in our package and it was money well spent...
