We only stayed 1 night here and were really impressed with our stay. The staff were friendly and we were offered a ride in a golf-cart to our apartment on arrival. The only minor problems we encountered was the location which was well out of Maroochydore and the signs to Novotel wasn't straight forward. The room was very nice but... more

After we checked in we were transported to our hotel room in a buggy which was fun. The room was nice, standard, except there were hairs on the bathroom floor. My husband didn't want to create a fuss so he said he would clean it up himself, but he didn't get them all, so I left a note for housekeeping... more

We went on a big trip around the East Coast of Oz amongst other places and in total stayed in 7 hotel/resorts and can honestly say this was the best place we stayed in, I've ever stayed in and will compare every future place to! We even had a running joke at every new place we went to...'it's nice but... more

We stayed 6 nights recently at the resort in a king suite with interconnecting resort room. The king suite was roomy, bed huge, and large bathroom with spa. We had problems with the spa it took over 1.5hrs to fill and was hard to turn on or off. Although the problem was fixed quickly when reported. (but it still took... more

We have been going to Twin Waters since our Honeymoon in 1997, since then there has been a gradual deterioration in everthing you could think of, it got better when they refurbished the rooms but we stayed a few weeks ago and the room s have obviously been paid for by a reduction in service, forget going for the buffet... more

What a beautiful foyer. If this is the standard of the resort, we are in for a great weekend. The reception desk was very professional and well organised as well as having very helpful staff to assist you. The resort is set up to allow access to the pool, restaurants and lagoon with ease. The wild scrub turkeys are fun... more

We paid A$285/nt. The room (suite) was set out well & roomy however not luxurious at all,, very basic. The receptionist was downright rude! She was very young and immature and kept answering us back in a rude manner. The room service was quite tasty, but very expensive. We were told it would be 30minutes. I phoned after 45 minutes... more

WOW. i dont know where all these negative reviews below are coming from. Some people are just too hard to please. This was our second stay at Novotel Twin Waters and it is a fabulous resport especially for kids. We stayed for 4 nights from 17-20 Dec 2008. The lagoon is certainly not dirty and black as suggested. Myself and kids... more

My family picked up a terrific deal to spend 5 nights at the resort. We had previously stayed at the apartments on the other side of the resorts lagoon and used the resort facilities before so we new what to expect before we booked. We had a garden view with 2 queen beds for the 4 of us (2 adults... more
