I booked this through laterooms as a stop over for 2 nights on our way from Montpellier down to the coast. After booking I then read the reviews on trip advisor and was then very worried about our stay. I am sure people have different standards and have had different experiences but I can say thay this place is excellent.... More

Our four room villa was ok but no luxury. No aircondition on the second floor which makes the rooms very hot upstairs. The kitchen was fairly small but basically ok (Micro, dishwasher, oven, fridge). Could have been more knives, forks, etc. Outdoors, there was a jacuzzi but the resort applies a completely insane pricing (100 euro per week to use... More

This resort has the potential to be first class but unfortunately it is managed by total incompetents. Reception is only open a few hours a day and when it is open they are not helpful. When we pointed out there were no cups in our apartment they suggested we drink from breakfast bowls, the restaurant is seldom open. There is information... More

We arrived late but got the key from a safe attached to the reception. No explanation about how to get your things to the apartment which was a long walk from the car park. We took to driving around the back and throwing our luggage over the fence to reduce the number of trips to and from the car park.... More

The pool was really nice but thats about it for the good bits, it didnt open till 11. Arrival was poor, queued for ages and then had to take all our luggage and shopping etc in a shopping trolley to our apartment. good job the weather wasnt too bad. The apartment we were given was dreadful, even though it was... More

We are timeshare owners and are very disappointed in this hotel complex. No information on the unit, complex, area etc. No info on arrival (had to wait ages in a queue as staff appeared not able to handle people arriving at the (LATE) time of 5pm.) Shop etc closed, gardens not maintained, No kettle or toaster - kitchen seems only... More

We stayed here for a one night stop over on our way home from Spain and I'm just grateful it was just one night! Firstly the whole complex looks much better in the photos but that wasn't really our problem. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely filthy and smelt of fish and mould - yes fish and mould! The... We arrived and on first sight we were pleasantly surprised. However, when we went to retire for the night it was a nightmare. There was no air conditioning and it was about 35° with no air. We were travelling with a small baby too. My husband's parents had an even worse experience. They had no air, no toilet paper and... More

Bored.com!!.....................................................................no english speaking staff, no info given on arrival, proably because we are english! Hardly anything to do during the day and nothing to do in the evening. Even the TV is all in french, so even an evening in consisted of downloading movies on to our laptop! Rooms are not cleaned at all in the 10 day period, so... More

We had booked a more luxurious house with outdoor Jacuzzi, air conditioning and a dishwasher. The airconditioning is bad, the airconunit attached to the wall on the ground floor, doesn't cool the bedrooms on the first floor at all. The jacuzzi was great, but there was a walkway a few steps from the jacuzzi, so we had little privacy. Very... More
