It’s a place in natures lap with the Kabini river in the front and forest beyond it. One can hear the calls of different animals from the tent. On arrival you are greeted with a welcome drink. The resort is environment friendly and yet provides all amenities that make one comfortable. The tents are large and comfortable. They don’t have... More

A little piece of Africa lifted out of the big continent and placed right at the edge of the Nagarhole National Park, this is THE place you're looking for, if you want to get close to the big cats while living in the most quaint tented accommodation / machans east of the Serengeti. The team at Bison led by the... More

Hello Priya It was great meeting you and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us! I look forward to seeing you in season, post September. The rains usually subside by then and once the backwater starts receding, our Bush Dinner, night drives and camping begins. Safaris become a thrilling experience as the cat movement picks up. As a small... More

Beautiful location, right by the river.. a very different wildlife experience.. lovely location is good enough to just sit around the resort the whole day irrespective of the luck during the game runs.. would certainly recommend.. though, must add, not sure how it compares with other resorts at Kabini as did not visit any of them..

The sight of luxurious African style tents in front of a lake with the forest as the backdrop got our adrenaline flowing and we were not disappointed. If the rustic tented accommodation, with thatched rooftops, and large inbuilt toilets and wooden walkways all around seems most relaxing, with the sounds of the forest every few minutes in the otherwise eerie quiet,...
