Check-in straight forward, room OK for the price - could do with some minor maintenance, good size and mostly clean. Fridge and kettle with plenty of coffee, tea etc . Room cleaned daily. Comfortable bed and pillows. Desk and coffee table. Used the swimming pool every day and always clean. Across the car park so take everything you want with... More

Firstly if you are driving the Google location was incorrect. On arrival was pleasantly surprised after reading several past reviews. For 690bt including breakfast the double room was clean, aircon was a bit iffy but TV & fridge worked ok the best part was the pool complex which is separate from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. The hotel does... More

We normally stay at the Petcharat Garden Hotel. However, it was Saturday night, we hadn't pre-booked, there were three wedding parties and the hotel was fall. Saw this hotel on Google maps. As we drove in, the vast car park was empty, except for one other car. Not a good sign. The lobby area was large and impressive, and surprise... More

It's a very big hotel, I think someone ran out of money while building it The staff were not that helpful even through I was with a Thai. I think someone should get the place under control and it could be a great place to stay. The pool area was very nice, but sadly no one to help you out... More

Stayed 2 nights with a group of Thai people. Male reception staff was not friendly at all and was always hanging around busy playing on mobile phone. The lobby had 5 aircon units, but only 1 was running for the reception staff. Other parts of the lobby were boiling hot. Even Thai people from Roi-et found the unfriendly behavior of... More

Me and my girl friend stayed here for a week while visiting friends in Roi Et. We had a "Grand Suite" and the room was ok I suppose. Some repair work had been attempted in the floor in the room, leaving large black stripes on it. The bathroom was honestly not good. It had not been properly cleaned in a... More

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week in this hotel. We had travelled up on family business with the intention of staying 3 days, but as it turned out we were there for a week. We found the staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was large, bright and comfortable. Good free wifi available throughout.... More

We had three days here in a two bedroom "suite" and for an up country regional hotel it was ok I suppose. Check in was pretty quickly taken care of in quite a nice lobby area and we were taken up to our room. My wife is Thai so language wasn't a problem but I think there could potentially be... More

How anyone could describe this hotel as a jewel is beyond me.We stayed for 2 nights early february 2013.There was a wedding the day we arrived that the receptionist neglected to tell us about and consequently the hotel was virtually booked out.It has a very large and granite covered foyer but from there on it's all downhill. We were only interested...
