This is really not a good hotel. The room was not cleaned good, i had spiderwebs in my bathroom. I had 2 pillows on the bed, i was look for more pillows and there was 1 in the closet but this was a really dirty pillow, so we did not use this. The water in the bathroom could not get... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise after having read some of the reviews here. Just to be clear this is Roi Et, not Bangkok and anyone traveling to this part of Thailand should adjust their expectations, you will not find anything that even comes close to the 5 star hotels you find in Bangkok or Phuket. Having said that, I... More

This was once a very good hotel, and it wouldn't be a difficult renovation to make it good again. But for now, there is just too much wear and tear to make it okay. That said, I didn't have the horrible experience that some recent reviewers did. The staff was very nice and both the room and common areas (except... More

On first appearance this seems like a nice hotel but it isn't. It's a miserable dirty place. The staff are uninterested, lazy and unhelpful, they try to avoid contact with guests. They are untrained and at times rude with a like it or lump it attitude. If they ignore you long enough you might go away. A good management is... More

It's unusual for me to give such a negative review but I hope management reads this review and gives this hotel some much needed love. I'm going to have to give this review in bullet points-You decide from there. * Cobb webbed halls * Stained and marred walls * Crusty bathroom fixtures * Moldy lamp shades * Moldy Bathroom doors... The price was right; building showed lots of wear; staff nice and English was spoken; breakfast was good; not so clean in public areas, and the bathroom lacked a lot; but this was Roi Et, not Bangkok where a very nice room cost us 2 times as much. I'd go back when in Roi Et.

What a nice hotel with beautifull swimming pool in a lovely garden. The people at the reception spoke good English and were very helpful. We payed 790 Baht for a room for 3 people including breakfast. The only thing we found a bit akward was the acces to the garden with swimming pool. There was only one door from the... More

The lobby gave us an impression that this was a 3 or 4-star regional hotel but that's perhaps the only renovated area in the whole building. Rooms were dated and mouldy and the shower was awful (choose between freezing and boiling). Wi-fi didn't work so we went down to the open lobby only to be attacked by mosquitoes. Sadly we... More

I paid 580Baht a night for 2 nights, You get a room and the door opens onto a public area almost like an apartment rather than a hotel with the lift in the middle, The room was dated and needed a bit of a clean, But for Isaan standards it was alright and it was Breakfast included which was better... This hotel was pretty ok for the money. Paid 1,000 baht per night and stayed for 2 night for a wedding party. The rooms were actually quite nice for the money but the rest of the hotel was fairly dated and could do with updating. Lots of empty plates and glasses left outside in the corridors for hours on end.... More
