We stayed in a private room and its located at the new building. It seems brand new and they have western toilet ! (very important when you'e traveling in China) The room was clean, very close to the night market and Id Ka mosque. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really like it and would love to... More

This is a great budget place to stay in Kashgar. We were there last week. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give great advice. It is close to the mosque (which is a bit underwhelming) and very close to the night market and the excellent Eden Cafe. The rooms are clean but fairly basic. It is also very... More

One of the best hostels I had been to ! Only 10 meters from Id Kah Mosque, surrounded by many restaurants and markets. Rooftop cafe was comfortable, the view was nice, they planted grapes and calabash here. Coffee tasted good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they knew everything !

Just to be clear we did not end up staying here but......... After arriving by train from Kashgar we found this place easily as it has a great location near to the mosque. At 10:30am we had to keep knocking to wake up the guy at reception. The roof terrace was disgusting even by Western Chinese standards and the communal... More

Stayed in the mixed 8 bed dorm for 40 yuan per night. All was good. The Chinese girl at reception was of extra help and speaks perfect English and assisted me with so much information about transportation in the area. The common areas are great and atmospheric and the positioning of the guesthouse is spot on.

I stayed in a mixed dorm with 8 beds (4 bunk beds). It was a simple, quite clean room, with a sink and lockers. For 50 RMB/day it was good value. It is true, it has no air containing but just a fan. I didn’t see it as a big problem, just take a cold shower right before going to... More

Great location just next to the big mosque, just one minute walking to the night market which is my favorite walking area in the evenings. It was really hot when I was in Kashgar, I stayed with shared room without AC , so I suggest you to make reservation in advance if you want private room with AC

I stayed a few nights here after arriving from Osh. I would definitely recommend the place to meet other interesting travelers and have a nice place to enjoy food/drink on the rooftop. Its a large place and the toilet/shower situation is bad. I think it was pretty nasty and was glad I only spent a few days there. But, the... More

This hostel is in a great location: just opposite the Northern exit to the Id Kah mosque, on the top floor of a three- or four-story building. It gets hot in the summer, but if you're in Xinjiang in the summer you're probably pretty used to the heat. I didn't find A/C necessary, but you will need to keep the... More
