I have been coming here for 9 years. While other public places in China have limited the smoking, this hotel now smells like a dirty ashtray and getting worse by the day. If they quit smoking 100% today, I doubt the smell would ever leave. The staff is friendly but very little English. No free bottle of water and all... More

I have been visiting Liuyang since 1999. It was a great improvement when this hotel opened in 2006. There are two other hotels I have stayed at in town, one worse one similar. The staff has always been cordial and very helpful, although there is very little English. The included breakfast usually includes a few in season fruits or canned... More

This is an ok hotel, best in the area, but average by world/western standards. The breakfast is always the same, and is fine if you like chinese food for breakfast. I suggest bringing some snacks to Liuyang if you will be here for a while.

The good news is this hotel is the best in town. The bad news is, it's a really horrible place to stay. The hotel doesn't care about its guests. It cares only about their karaoke/nightclub/massage/sauna patrons. I've never had a good night sleep in this hotel. Walls are paper thin, other guests stay up until past midnight talking loudly in... Spent three nights here, and really enjoyed my trip. I had a local host, who facilitated my stay, having to make the reservation for me, and the website seemed to be down continually for reso's. I found most staff at the hotel made an effort to greet me in English, which I appreciated; it was very beneficial though having the... More

Stayed at the YinTian Hotel Liuyang Aug 15-19, 2012. Was there for business and conisdering how rural the area is, the hotel is certainly acceptable. CHECK-IN Smooth but I was thankful I speak Mandarin as no one in the hotel could speak more than 2-3 words of English. STAFF All nice but absolutely no English ability and really not used... More

Stayed for 6 nights in the Yin Tian, Luiyang in Feb 2009. A lot of business associates stay here throughout the year and although this was my first stay, everyone in my industry says that this is the ONLY place to stay in Luiyang. Located on the outskirts of town along the river bed, it's a 10 minute walk to... More
