We spent one week skiing there. It was very expensive for what we had. It s very small. The walls were dirty, the door was scratched and the wires weren t glued on the wall but desperately hanging. We could only have hot water after 8 am. We had to ask for another apartment after being bit by bugs... We... More

There was 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 2 sofas that made into singles. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. After a day's skiing, there was plenty of hot water for a very good shower. The kitchen area was well equipped and there was a cleaning pack when we arrived. It would get 5 stars if it had... More

Stayed here 15-22/2/14 Basic but great value. Lovely and clean. Hot water and heating in abundance. Location was great, very close to shops and ski lift. Village had everything you needed for your stay. Ski hire shop a few shops away. Lovely views of the mountains from apartment.Parked in carpark which was cleared daily of snow.Hope to return next year!

Stayed here in 2011 with a large group of people, we stayed in seperate apartments with 6 people in each. All of the apartments were the same standard, with good facilities and plenty of space, one double room, a room with bunk beds then 2 beds in the living area. The apartments are in no way luxurious, but they are... More

We stayed here as a group (5 of us) for a week in late March 2012, a very well run place with everything in order and extra items like kettle, toaster etc available on request. Well organized with everything set up for arrival and departure as well as plenty of info sheets The place is neat and clean if a... More

Travelled as part of a group of 3 blokes on our annual ski trip. Skiing in Serre Chevalier is excellent, and for us Villeneuve is perfect, very quiet with lots of intermediate runs and no queues at this time of year either (last week of Jan). This is our second stay at L'Alpaga. Last year we traveled with Crystal, but... More

We have just returned from a long weekend at the L'Alpaga. We really enjoyed it and the room was fine for the two of us. Perhaps a bit snug for 4 with all the skiing stuff, however there was a lot of storage space. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard. There was a cleaning kit for... More

When we got there we had been allocated a ground floor apartment, but asked for an apartment on the 1st or 2nd floor. The guy on the desk was very helpful and checked, made a quick call and we were given an apartment on the 2nd floor. Really good. The apartment was huge with a bunk room, shower room, kitchen,... Good stuff, Decent location - 3 min walk to Frejus lift, 10 min walk to small but charming village centre with good food. Apartment claims to sleep 2/6 ppl - no idea how 6 would cope, 4 would be do-able but cramped (when you consider ski gear). Pretty decent if there's just the 2 of you though. Desk staff were... More

The apartment we stayed in actually slept 4 people and although there were only two of us, it would have certainly been large enough for four. It was fully equipped with microwave, oven, crockery etc. and had a lovely little patisserie on the premises. Beds were comfortable and there was a beautiful balcony allowing for fantastic views of Serre Chevalier.... More
