There are not many options for a 1/2 night stay in Lagrasse but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Sure, the rooms were a little dated, the floorboards creaked, the room door didn't quite fit the frame and the walls were paper thin but for some reason it all fit with the character of the area and the view from the... Paid what seems to be the standard rate for a room in this region. Very nice view of countryside. very charming owner. She let is keep our bikes safe in her garage. Tea and coffee facilities in room :) Did not eat there or take breakfast. No problems. Very good central location in village.

Classic french hotel: food OK, but very out dated rooms. Although clean and some recent painting, the bed was too short (1,90 meter) with old mattress (u-shape), the shower was cold and the floor was creaking all around. Hygiene was OK. The food was fine, although the crème brulee did not have that crunchy top layer and yes, that is... More

We arrived 'on spec' after 8pm and were relieved to fin they had a room. Clean and comfortable, hot water etc. we did not use the restaurant but were told by a tour guide we met that it is the best restaurant in town. Friendly staff and English spoken. Parking about 200 metres away in the public car park. Simple... More

We arrived in Lagrasse on a Saturday in July to find a music festival in full swing in the town so felt lucky to find a room for the night. We were not disappointed by this traditional family-run "Logis de France". Our room was simple but clean and comfortable with an en-suite shower room which was small but spotless. We... More

Very enjoyable lunch (second visit) at the Hostellerie des Corbieres. Wonderful food, excellent value, lovely ambience and extremely helpful, friendly staff (very kind to our dogs too!). will be back. Lagrasse is a lovely village - although very quiet in June..

In choosing an hotel in an old building in a lovely little town marketed under the Logis brand we had reasonable expectations. Regrettably they were not fulfilled. Our room looked on to a wall. If you craned your head out, you could see a patch of sky and also look on to the terrace of an adjoining room! The meal... More

This is a pleasant little hotel in a beautiful village, run by a very sweet young couple. The rooms are basic but acceptable, though the beds are old, and the food in the (remarkably decorated) restaurant is surprisingly good. However, we felt that we were overcharged and taken in. We were quoted €75 for the room, but were charged extra... More

We were en route from Collioure to Carcassonne and had planned to stay a night along the way. We stopped in and looked at several (if not all) the hotels and chambres d'hotes in Cucugnan but they seemed overpriced for the monk-like rooms. So we kept on going. Along the way we stopped and checked several hotels and chambres along... More

A family run hotel with 8 rooms. I often wonder how these old buildings are converted my chambre #1, is spacious with a mountainview of the and large window. Two chairs and small table, with accompanying electric hot water pot for coffee and tea sit below the window. The bathroom has a full shower with a door and a rain... More
