We spent four nights here while visiting friends in nearby San Vito. Villa Magnolia is fantastic and, as a previous reviewer stated, “a special place”!! The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The Villa is a large very old building with four large bedrooms around a common sitting area with tv, couches, etc. The Villa décor and furniture (except... More

After reading so many excellent reviews about Villa Magnolia, what else is left for us to say about this wonderful place? it was beyond our expectations, which were already very high. We had the best time of our life in this magnificent place. We felt at home because of the warmth of Ron and Lesley. The only thing that we... More

Villa Magnolia was a nobleman's summer villa. It is now a luxurious boutique hotel/b & b with four beautifully restored large double bedrooms, each with its own large modern wet room, opening off a large hall and sitting room. The villa is located in the middle of its four hectares, with a charming breakfast area under a vine trellis, a... More

We don't traditionally stay at B&B's but we are so glad we did at Villa Magnolia. From the very first greeting to the sad farewell, this place was magical. Ron and Lesley make this place a real treat. They are always around when you need them but are also so discreet. There is a little kitchen for the guests to... More

We have just returned from a two week holiday in Italy. The first week was deliberately planned to be busy and our second week at Villa Magnolia was intended to be relaxing. We could not have chosen a better place! The villa is beautiful, both inside and outside. The amount of work that has been put into renovating the place... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Magnolia. We needed to relax having been very stressed and busy just before the holiday, and this place is ideal. The villa is so beautiful and Ron and Lesley have done a fantastic job doing it up with antique furniture but a modern bathroom that fits well. The saltwater pool is large... More

Thank you so much for your review, your comments and feedback are appreciated. Villa Magnolia is located in the countryside a few km from the nearest village therefore car hire is a necessity. As you stated using a taxi to get around is expensive. We appreciate guest’s comments on restaurants where they have dined. Positive feed back from a restaurant... More

Boyfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and we could not fault Villa Magnolia. It's one of those rare places where the photos don't disappoint, if anything they don't do it justice! We had the pool to ourselves for the first two days which was heavenly relaxation. I also enjoyed a massage in the temple. We enjoyed relaxed lunches of... More

Only stayed here for three nights, but wished it had been much longer. This has to be the most relaxing place we've ever been. From entering through the gates to the moment we left Ron & Lesley made us feel at home. Their eco friendly Villa was an absolute pleasure to stay at, with it's incredible pool & temple area.... Wow! This place really exceeded our expectations, if truth be told this was supposed to be the warm act before the main event at Masseria Torre Maizza but how wrong we were. We pulled up at the villa gates and were treated to a very warm welcome from Ron (the owner of the property with his wife Lesley) who helped... More
