We chose this place because we wanted a central location where to reach Bolzano, Bressanone, Val Gardena and Vipiteno. Chiusa is also a very nice quiet village with the magic of Christmas exuding from it. I liked everything about this place. The owners were there working non-stop, and always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, very cool atmosphere, very nice dinners. Right in the middle of Chiusa, cute little village. Although the whole experience was fantastic, I must say that the owners really make the place what it is.

The Vogeilweide Hotel is then choose for the courtesy and the hospitality of the starters (they are very very kind), and because the city who accomodates is one of the most beautiful mediaeval villages in Italy

I really love this Gasthof. It's not a hotel so if you require that sort of thing, look elsewhere. I appreciate that it is about 5 minutes more or less from the train station by walking and on a cobblestone street in the historic district of this beautiful old village.
