We had a 'Schlern' room reserved that was on the ground floor looking out the back of the hotel from a balcony on the mountains. Not much of a view, if you are on ground level. So, if you book and you really want a view a) ask for rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor or b) book the Rosengarten... More

Room confirmation incuded "breathtaking view" on rosengarten mountain, most of the view was a 2 floor building under construction. The hotel chief didn't want to accept our claim and I felt his behavior was rather unfriendly. On other websites i found similar experiences other clients. Food is good, but i missed certain charme or elegance and friendliness for this price. More
