Stayed for one night, Warm Welcome. Tea making facilities in room but sadly no en-Suite. Bed comfortable and good breakfast.

We only stayed One night but it was maybe the best B&B we have ever stayed in, Our room was large and spotless with our own bathroom with bath & shower the breakfast was first class and the host was the best, we would recommend this place to stay to anyone Thank you Paul

We were really welcomed to Newcastle when we stayed for 1 night at the A1 Summerville guest house. The owner Paul made us feel really welcome and we had a lovely stay.
