This is one of my favorite hotel when i come to Bromo Mt. Actually, it's not luxurious hotel, but the build was nice, clean, and little bit classic i think. Big restaurant, with live music on high season August - November). Food was match with European and Asian taste, price was normal. You can relax on balcony which located above... More

Only stay here to do the 3.30 am start to mount bromo. Very very dated. The bedding was so cold and damp it took a good hour from my body heat to warm through. Shower was hot , tea and coffee available in the room. However the food was not bad an average version of pub grub although the srvice... More

I rather be outdoor in the cold than to stay in the room. We got the upper floor where we have to lug our luggage thru a high ramp. There is no potter around . The room was smelly and the toiler is so dirty. The heater not working. No wifi connection in the room. The menu in the restaurant very... More

Stayed here on the recommendation of our driver. Was well aware that accommodation near Bromo is basic at best, so was worried but it wasn't too bad for a night. Room smelled a bit musty but the sheets looked clean and there was enough bedding to keep warm. Bathroom was worn and dated but usable and hot water worked fine.... More

What a disaster of a place. Dirty, freezing cold, sheets smelled so bad you could not put your face near them. Bathroom was atrocious, as was the guest room. Breakfast was very poor. It's a deep budget place and you are definitely getting what you pay for. I would never want to step foot in here again.

People come here for one reason only, to see Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Most seem to stay only one night. As such, it's no resort, but merely a functional place to stop for sunrise over the crater and some touring within it. The rooms are a bit dingy, with a basic bathroom, but ours had a comfortable bed. There... More

This was not the best hotel (read lodge) in the surrounding area of Mount Bromo but this is the only hotel (read lodge) that has the best view of Mount Bromo right from its propertyl. Definitely the category is not a star category but to me it was still worth the money. Not only the view was amazing, the room... More

It is definitely one of the better hotels for the price range. The absence of Wi-fi and a few insects could be putting off for most people, but the rooms on the upper levels are not affected much by insects and the absence of Wi-Fi could do us some good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The view from... More

From some of the reviews, I was expecting it to be terrible, but it really wasn't too bad. The room was clean, met the basic needs for a few hours sleep to catch the sunrise and to clean up after. They should fix the water heater though. Almost thought I had to boil water from the kettle. But I figured... More

The lodge overlooks Mt Bromo and a short stroll from our room brought us to a good viewpoint at sunset. The meals were not bad. The room was a real disappointment. It was dark and cold. The window glazing was designed so air circulated all the time. The windows could not be closed properly. It was cold in September so... More
