The room is ok, maybe needs to be renewed a bit. Just the bathroom is "compressed". Good the sauna and pool open from 9 am to 9 pm. The breakfast is good, fresh orange juice available! ;) There's a green park where it's possible to run and there's no much trafic.

On my business trip to Sandviken Sweden we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is located in the small town center, a bit outdated, but nice staff and good breakfast. It could be better cleaned, the hotel did not offer aminities, such as shampoo, which was inconvenient as I did not bring any in my hand lugage.

I like this hotel, good, very familiar, has a partnership with a gym and it's much better than some hotels that use to have a fitness area, bec normally they have poor equipments! The bad thing is that there isn't anything to eat in the rooms and the room service stop at 10pm, so if you get hungry after 10... More

The hotel doesn’t give such a good impression from the outside but once entering the lobby you start to notice that there’s something special about it. The lobby is pretty small and simple but anyway nicely decorated. The staff is very welcoming and the service is excellent! This is actually one thing to point out since it doesn’t matter what... I have stayed a the Princess many times, usually for 2-3 days. The staff are quite friendly and there is a new sports bar attached to it which is a great improvement although they had about 30 TVs but couldn't put one of them on the Arsenal CL game. The service is also really slow but it's new and will... More

It was an official 21 day Stay and I booked this hotel as it was very near to my office and was centrally located. Hospitality was good and everything was well arranged, from kitchen, cleanliness, hygiene. Rooms were good and big, I stayed in deluxe category. Hotel location is very nice as its next to the shopping arena where one... More

I went to Sandviken with My family last year. We didn't know where go for the night, so we research and we found this hotel. WOW! It's fantastic, i love it! The bedroom was big, the beds were confortable and the people were (and are) very nice. Thanks for everything!!

Changed my room from a brick walk so I can leave my curtains open - helps with jet lag - didn't specify a room without a megawatt light pointing into the window :(. Otherwise small typical European shower. No soap etc. small tube tv. No clock. Staff fantastic and helpful. Pleasant. Buffet good - although we had to clear our... More

I have stayed there on numerous occasions. The rooms are okay with a fast internet connection. The furniture is starting to look old and scratched. It's the only hotel in Sandviken that is central so it is a bit of a monopoly. Their are better and cheaper hotels further from the centre. On the last 3 occasions the hotel has... More

Not the best place in Sandviken to stay. The ventilation system is very noisy and cannot be switched off - it goes off at 10.30 pm and turns on at 5.30 am. During this stay, they changed a water tube during the night and the following morning only brown water came out of the taps.
