We stay here at least twice a year. We always arrive late at night. The staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable. In previous years they have run out of a few items at breakfast but this year they were more busy and did not appear to be running out of anything. Saclay is a nice quiet hamlet on the... More

Last minute booking to visit Paris & Versailles for New Years. Nice hotel outside of Paris area. 5 minutes car ride to the closest train station. Safe parking. No issues. 30-40 minutes train ride to Paris and 10 minutes car ride to Versailles Palace. Staff was very helpful and nice. Room a little tiny for a family of 4 but... More

We stayed here for 1 night to break the journey from Calais to the Dordogne. Hotel was easy to find and in a very pretty village just outside Paris. Easy access to main motorways. We were a family of 4 with 2 small children aged 2 and 3. Plenty of free secure parking available and check in was seamless, staff... More

We stopped at this hotel when traveling with National Holidays. What a nice hotel it is. It is set in its own lovely grounds with a open air swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent consisting of a host of fresh bread. Continental style or English style buffet.

I am a regular visitor to this chain and generally you get exactly what you expect. This was not our experience at Saclay. The hotel has lovely grounds with extensive sport/children's activities and large pool. The evening sunshine surrounds the outside terrace and bar service was good. However our evening meal could not have been worse. The service was rude... More

This hotel was nice and quiet in a village setting. Nice room but nothing special. Nice big breakfast area with good selection. 20 minute drive to Massy Palaiseau train station. About 30 minutes to Paris, Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel train station then you are right in the heart of it.

Stayed there one night on a short trip to the nearby techno park. Everything was fine, room was good (the regular Novotel WW standard), food was OK. The only caveat was the old fashion AC system that could not be shut down... resulting into some permanent background noise. I also used their meeting facility which was really fine. I'll surely... This was an overnight stopover and we found the hotel to be very nice. The surroundings were pleasant and quiet, the hotel very welcoming. Our room was very nice with complimentary bottled water , tea/coffee making facilities. The bar drinks were a little expensive 12 euros for a glass of pinot and 1/2 a beer. Breakfast was buffet style and looked o/k... More

We stayed here 3 nights on trip to Monet's Gardens and Versaille but it is a long way from them. As a group the evening meals were not good,no choice, very bland tasteless vegetables. However our real shock came when we had a drink before with a gin and tonic costing 14.50 Euros!!. The rooms were comfortable but the air conditioning... More

Our stay was ruined by the shock at the end when we came to check out. We were told that breakfast was included in the room by the staff.. But they lied and it was charged at €15each per day. The hotel is in a bad location, with taxis costing at least €25 from the nearest train station. Only stay... More
