3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2012 NEW

We booked a room for three in this hotel, because we planned to visit the Versaille's Palace. As I saw the photos I expected another kind of hotel, more countryside, but it was a nice regular hotel. The room was tidy and clean. For three people not so big, but we could manage to stay there and sleep without problems.... More

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. I arrived at Orsay train station (6km from the hotel) at 10pm and I couldn't find any taxi, even though I called 10-12 different companies for 2 hours long, including big companies. Hotel did NOT help at all with finding a taxi, except giving some numbers.. For the first time, I... More

Have you ever forgotten something valuable in a hotel room? Happened to me last week at the Novotel in Saclay. A few hours after my departure (luckily at a meeting not far from the hotel then), the hotel sent an email... You have forgotten... Very nice of them. Had a taxi pick it up from the hotel and bring to... More

I've stayed here for one night on business - Given the price I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Good, clean, well-equiped rooms. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Friendly service. Can't really ask for more.

Approach of the Hotel Manager was great disappointment. What I asked for in very polite and explanatory manner was to change my rate on the room to include breakfast so I can claim it to my employer as business expense which is in line with my company policies. If room charge and breakfast charge are in separate columns - I... More

This hotel was a great stop off point for us travelling between calais and the dordogne after visiting friends until late in Paris. It was a very well presented hotel with some pleasant green space and a pool, sadly we didn't have time to use the pool. Great sized rooms with good clean bathrooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. The family... More

Booked three nights as part of a road trip holiday in France. Area seemed a bit rough round the edges: there was an alarming sign at the front warning us to lock our cars. Room had no air con so was an awful nights sleep. Evending meal good but overpriced. Breakfast awful. Poor choice and what tasted like rancid milk.... More

We chose to stay here on our way back to England as it was only 10 km to Versailles. When we booked - directly with Novotel- they had an excellent deal on which meant it was easily the cheapest family room we had ever booked! It is worth checking on their website as it undercut even the cut price hotel... More
