Spent three nights here. About 15 miles outside Paris but took some time to get into Town. The hotel is in two parts. One for the accommodation the other for the restaurant s etc. It was a lovely tranquil setting. Bit off the beaten track.

Set in tranquil grounds, this hotel is split in two. The first building is newer and contains the reception area, rooms and breakfast area, the second building is the old chateau itself (well. the wing that's left) and is a short walk through the grounds, and houses the restaurant, pool, bar, and conservatory. On the far side of the grounds... More

Rooms can be excellent value depending on dates travelling. Restaurant (especially wines) little pricey although food is good but not exceptional. Beautiful quiet location, stunning grounds and very attractive hotel. Very good range of facilities - bikes, pool, ping pong, interactive games etc. Warm welcome from efficient staff. Have used it several times and will continue to so!

We spent 2 nights at the hotel at the end of August and were impressed by how caring and personable the staff were. The hotel itself is set within a fairy tale setting of forest and wide green spaces. The restaurant is in a gorgeous chateau and has an extensive menu that includes delicious fresh fish. I would highly recommend... More

I've just returned from a lovely weekend at Chateau de Maffliers. The hotel is in a tranquil setting with extensive grounds. My room was spacious and clean with good facilities. Breakfast was fine, although the coffee wasn't to my taste. There's a nice bar in the chateau, and the evening meals and house wine were good. There's a small swimming... More

The hotel grounds are lovely - the breakfast was delicious and the rooms are a good size for a family with two young children. The staff were friendly and helpful too. There is not much in the local area so probably not ideal for a long stay. The pool is looking a bit tired and maybe worth noting that the... More

This hotel is north of Paris. The actual accommodation building is nothing special but the bar and restaurant is part of a chateau and is lovely. The buffet breakfast is very good and varied with cereals and fresh fruit, creamy scrambled eggs and good sausages and bacon, and the facility to boil your own eggs, followed by wonderful crusty bread... 4 day short break with my wife and boys aged 10 & 7. Ideal for the boys and relaxing for my wife, nice pool and activities for my children. The hotel staff were fantastic from the cleaners to the reception. Well done we will be back.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 5 years, both with our children and as a couple with friends. It is a lovely location and is only 30 mins from Paris, Versailles etc. It is remote but by taking a car you are in easy reach of supermarkets, boulangerie, goats cheese farm etc. We tend to... More
